Includes proper tie-in to exiting <br />structure. New materials and finishes to match existing as close as <br />practical. <br />$ <br />1 Supply and install grout patching to crack in existing concrete front porch <br />slab. Finished surface to provide smooth transition between the separated <br />portions. New materials and finishes to match existing as close as <br />practical. <br />4. Provide temporary structural support and remove the two center wrought <br />iron columns in carport. Supply and install two new wrought iron <br />supports, properly anchored to existing concrete slab at base and properly <br />connected to structural beam at top, complete. <br />L. SITE IMPROVEMENTS <br />1. In the front yard, left side yard and rear yard, repair and modify existing <br />french drain system to restore to proper working order. Includes trenching <br />and installing drainpipe underground, with proper slope to drain away <br />from house, with direct tie-in from gutter downspouts. All drain pipe to <br />be solid flexible material. All terminations to be at least 10 IS down- <br />slope from house. All work complete.
