Paint with standard grade <br />exterior latex house paint Finish paint shall provide sufficient coverage to <br />prevent previous colors from showing through, Protect glass, masonry, <br />concrete, roof' coverings, vegetation and personal possessions with <br />appropriate temporary coverings and enclosures. Body color to match <br />color of existing siding on house as close as practical; trim color choice by <br />owner. <br />$ <br />I INTERIOR PAINTING <br />1. Fully prepare all interior ceiling surfaces to receive new paint. Includes <br />seal all stains, patch and repair of surface cracks, prime crown molding in <br />Bathroom, and prime all new materials. Paint ceilings and restore to <br />proper working order. Kitchen and Bathroom ceilings, Bathroom walls <br />above and to the sides of shower surround, and Bathroom crown molding <br />and trim to be painted with semi-gloss interior latex. All other ceilings to <br />be painted with flat interior latex. Color to be "Ceiling White". Finish <br />paint shall provide sufficient coverage to prevent previous colors from <br />showing through.
