Includes shingle-type ridge ventilation system. <br />Seal all penetrations fluough roof with waterproof material. Shingles at <br />porch roof to have 4" reveal. Style and color to match existing as close as <br />practical. Contractor to supply owner with written warranty for materials <br />and labor. to match existing as close as practical.
