To make a special presentation to Beverly Blythe and Kathy Baker <br /> who serve as Clerk to the Board and Deputy Clerk. <br /> BACKGROUND: Beverly Blythe Kathy B1 the and Kath Baker have been awarded the <br /> International Institute of Municipal Clerks' designation of CERTIFIED <br /> MUNICIPAL CLERK. Beverly is the ninth County Clerk to receive this award <br /> in the state and Kathy Baker is the first Deputy Clerk in the state to <br /> receive such an award. This prestigious award is attained through a <br /> combination of education and experience. It is the highest standard of <br /> professionalism in the Clerk's profession. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : That the County Commissioners recognize and present the <br /> award to Beverly Blythe and Kathy Baker for their hard work and <br /> dedication to their profession. <br />
