The item will be <br /> considered by the Board of Commissioners on November 16, 1993. The meeting will be <br /> held at 7:30 P.M. at the OWASA Community Meeting Room in Carrboro. <br /> In response to your memorandum, I have amended the process details to include <br /> your suggestions about geographic area and what triggers the process. In regard to your <br /> general comment, your assessment of the situation is correct. We'll have to deal with <br /> situations on a case-by-case basis. However, as a general rule, Orange County staff will <br /> review and comment on extensions proposed within Transition Areas, whereas we will <br /> want to take extensions into rural areas to the Planning Board and Board of f! <br /> Commissioners for consideration. <br /> I have enclosed a copy of the revised resolution and process sheet.
