On October 25, 1993, the Mayor of Durham, Orange County <br /> Commission Chair, and the Managers of the two jurisdictions met to <br /> review a resolution drafted by the County Engineer which would establish a <br /> courtesy review system for infrastructure improvement and expansion. All <br /> representatives present agreed with the basic points of the resolution. <br /> Subsequently, the County Manager asked the Planning Director to draft <br /> the detail sheet, explaining how the courtesy review process would operate, <br /> and send it to the Durham City-County Planning Director for review and <br /> comment. <br /> On October 28, 1993, the Orange County Planning Director sent a copy of <br /> the draft resolution and detail sheet to his counterpart in Durham. <br />
