The <br /> parcel is 48.68 acres in size and is specifically described as Lot 1, Block C, of Tax Map 42 in Hillsborough <br /> Township. <br /> The property is designated as 10-Year Transition Area in the.Land Use Element of the Comprehensive <br /> Plan. The 10-Year Transition Area Land Use Plan Designation permits rezoning to low and moderate <br /> residential densities up to four dwelling units per acre.
