On September 27,1993 the Town of Chapel Hill adopted a resolution supporting comments#1 and 2 made by OWASA <br /> on August 23,1993. On November-OS,19h3-the Town of Chapel Hill.reviewed-a-memo by Council Member Julie <br /> Andresen concluding that interim standards should emphasize conservative restrictions such as a 6% maximum <br /> impervious surface rather than lot size. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> in view of the comments made regarding the watershed regulations proposed by Orange County for the Cane Creek <br /> Reservoir Watershed,the Administration recommends adoption of the attached resolution that supports OWASA's <br /> August 23,1993 comments and supports a detailed study of the watershed by OWASA with interim 6% impervious <br /> surface restrictions. <br /> P. 3 <br />
