2 <br /> OFFER TO PURCHASE <br /> I hereby offer to purchase from Orange County the tract of <br /> property located on 10th Street in Mebane, North Carolina, Orange <br /> County Tax Map No. 3 . 18 .E. 7, in the amount of Fourteen Thousand <br /> Eighty dollars ($14,080 .00) . The property is more specifically <br /> described as: <br /> A certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the <br /> County of Orange and State of North Carolina, in Cheeks <br /> Township; and more particularly described as follows: <br /> Being lots 291 and 292 of the Mebane Real Estate and <br /> Trust Company property, said lots having a frontage of 100 ft. <br /> on 10th street in the Town of Mebane, North Carolina, and <br /> being 100 feet wide by 200 feet deep and being the same <br /> property known as the old Sid Clark property. (Deed Book 253, <br /> Page 1421) . <br /> I understand and agree that if the Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners proposes to accept my offer I will be required to <br /> make a deposit of $704 . 00, which is 5% of the price of my offer, <br /> with the Clerk of Orange County.
