11.5.3 The rates and multiples set forth for Additional Services shall be annually adjusted in accordance with normal salary review <br /> practices of the Architect. <br /> ARTICLE 12 <br /> OTHER CONDITIONS OR SERVICES <br /> (Insert descriptions of otber services, identify Additional Services included within Basic Compensation and modifications to the payment and compensation terms <br /> included in Ibis Agreement.) <br /> 12.1 Reference subparagraph 2.1.1 - The Architect's Basic Services consist of those described in <br /> paragraphs 2.2 through 2.6 and any other services identified in Article 12 as part of Basic <br /> Services and include the services of Professional Structural,Mechanical,Civil and Electrical <br /> Engineers, qualified by training and experience in their respective fields as needed to address <br /> the requirements of the project as defined herein; and shall require such professional <br /> engineers to place their seal,name and signature on the drawings and specifications prepared <br /> .: by them. <br /> 12.2 Reference subparagraph 2.2.1 and 3.4.1 - The Architect shall furnish a program to the <br /> Owner, as part of Basic Services,to ascertain the requirements of the Project and shall arrive <br /> at a mutual understanding of such requirements with the Owner, and shall submit such <br /> understanding in writing, and shall furnish a copy to the Owner for its approval before <br /> proceeding with schematic design. <br /> 12.3 Reference subparagraph 2.4.2 - The Architect, after consultation with Owner, shall prepare <br /> the necessary bidding information and bid forms to comply with public building laws as set <br /> forth in North Carolina General Statues Chapter 143, including the necessary information <br /> required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statues pertaining to the licensing of <br /> contractors, and shall assist the Owner in preparation of the conditions of the contract and <br /> the form of the agreement between the Owner and Prime Contractors. <br /> 12.4 Reference subparagraph 2.4.4 - The Architect shall prepare, file with the appropriate <br /> regulatory agency (agencies) and, if requested, present information to the governing body <br /> (bodies)with jurisdiction over the Project. <br /> Article 12 continued on Page No. 11 <br /> This Agreement entered into as of the day and year first written above. <br /> OWNER COUNTY OF ORANGE ARCHITECT GRIER-FRIPP ARCHITECTS, P.A. <br /> i <br /> Zeld /[�i/.� ke I.
