11.2.2 Where compensation is based on a stipulated sum or percentage of Construction Cost,progress payments for Basic Services <br /> in each phase shall total the following percentages of the total Basic Compensation payable: - <br /> (insert additional phases as appropriate.) <br /> Schematic Design Phase: percent(20%) <br /> Design Development Phase: percent(20%) <br /> Construction Documents Phase: percent(37 %) <br /> Bidding or Negotiation Phase: percent(03%) <br /> Construction Phase: percent(20%) <br /> Total Basic Compensation: one hundred percent(100%) <br /> 11.3 COMPENSATION FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES • <br /> 11.3.1 FOR PROJECT REPRESENTATION BEYOND BASiC SERVICES,as described in Paragraph 3.2, compensation shall be com- <br /> puted as follows: <br /> Compensation shall be based on an hourly rate for the time spent by the <br /> Architect's personnel engaged on the project.
