Master Software currently being <br /> used by OCT.All efforts prior to onsite training are provded at no charge. Onsite training <br /> will consist of 5 days at OCT and will be billed per day not per hour. The implementation <br /> will include the following: <br /> • Assistance and coordination with purchasing hardware;tablets,protective cases,mounts, <br /> and vehicle chargers. <br /> • Help selecting a cellular data plan from OCT Cellular provider of choice that is sufficient <br /> to support ParaScope usage without overages. <br /> • Assistance with Vehicle mount location and installation to be performed by Orange County. <br /> • Tablet setup, including the download of ParaScope©—Tablet MDC Application <br /> • Training on Real-time dispatching <br /> • Training on Advanced Vehicle Location (AVL) <br /> • ParaScope©—Tablet MDC Application driver training <br /> • Training on Mobile Messaging <br /> • Schedule Profile setup <br /> • Priority Time review and training <br /> ■ Optimization of existing routes <br /> • Automated Scheduling of Holding Pen Rides <br /> • IVR Auto Call Reminder setup <br /> • IVR Call review and training to verify status of calls <br />
