Closed Session <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner McKee, seconded by Commissioner Rich to go <br /> into closed session at 9:29 p.m. for the purpose below: <br /> "Pursuant to G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(3) "to consult with an attorney retained by the Board in <br /> order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the Board." <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Rich to go into open session at 9:35pm so that she may <br /> ask a question not related to the closed session item. <br /> VOTE: 1 (Commissioner Rich) - 5 <br /> Motion dies. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner McKee seconded by Commissioner Burroughs to <br /> reconvene into regular session at 9:37pm. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 15.
