Authorize the County Manager to direct the transfer of appropriated funds to the Town <br /> at the appropriate time in accordance with the Agreement. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs asked if the brick building will be deconstructed. <br /> Deputy Chief Lawrence said the property will be conveyed to the development partners, <br /> and by the time the department moves out, it would not have a say in the demolition. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs said he was talking about the materials of the actual building. <br /> Deputy Chief Lawrence said he does not know the answer to this question. <br /> Commissioner Jacobs said he will add the deconstruction of recyclable materials to the <br /> motion. <br /> Commissioner McKee asked if there is an update about the co-location of EMS and the <br /> Fire Department. <br /> Kim Woodard said EMS are not yet co-located with Chapel Hill, but will be for this <br /> future endeavor.
