The County provides carts and collection services to the <br /> participating businesses. Commercial establishments may also drop off old corrugated cardboard <br /> (OCC) for no charge at the five 24-Hour Recycling Drop-off Sites if they produce fewer than 50 <br /> boxes per week or at the Landfill where there is no limit. <br /> County commercial establishments may also contract with private contractors for recyclable <br /> material collection. Orange County provides technical assistance to local businesses and other <br /> non-residential entities on request at no charge. <br /> 1.3.2.3 Institutional <br /> Recyclable material collection services are provided by OCR to local, state, and government <br /> buildings; pedestrian containers located in area parks and downtown Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and <br /> 7 <br />
