Recommendations to amend or repeal bylaws may be <br />adopted at a regular o~ special meeting by the affirmative vote oftwo-thirds of the voting neieted: <br />members present, provided that the amendment or new bylaws has been submitted in writing to <br />the voting members not less than two weeks prior to the meeting. <br />SECTION 2. APPROVAL BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. Adopted changes to the <br />bylaws must be approved by the County Commissioners. <br />
