• The campus is being constructed through a CMAR contract with Telesis Construction <br />Company, Hillsborough, which is attached for the Board's consideration. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The cost of this project was included in the County and School Project <br />Debt Issuance Schedule as presented in the fall 2006. The project is funded contingent upon <br />LGC approval. <br />RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve attached <br />Resolution; and authorize the Chair to sign the Agreements on behalf of the Board. <br />
