0547 <br /> 11 <br /> ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> Summary of Funding Under the <br /> Comprehensive Improvements Assistance Program <br /> 1989 - $221 , 406 <br /> The 1989 funds were used to replace kitchen cabinets and sinks at <br /> Craig-Gomains and North Columbia Street neighborhoods ; to replace <br /> water valves at the Ridgefield neighborhood; and to replace roofs <br /> at the Airport Gardens and Pritchard Park neighborhoods. <br /> 1990 - $191. 360 <br /> The 1990 funds were used to make sewer repairs at the Trinity Court <br /> neighborhood and to make drainage improvements at the Airport <br /> Gardens neighborhood. <br /> 1991 - $1. 257 . 750 <br /> The 1991 funds are being used to replace siding, windows, stucco <br /> foundations, and repaint exteriors at Colony Woods West. <br /> At Trinity Court, repair work includes replacement of roofs , <br /> installation of ceramic tile on bathroom floors, replacement of <br /> windows, gutter, and downspout, installation of sidewalks, <br /> installation of chain link fencing, interior painting, replacement <br /> of kitchen cabinets and countertops, replacement of exterior doors <br /> and landscaping. <br /> Lead-based paint testing has been completed at Trinity Court and <br /> Craig-Gomains with 1991 Funds. <br /> • <br /> Also, funds will be used to construct a new maintenance building. <br /> 1992 - $12 . 540 <br /> 1992 funds were used for lead-based paint testing at North Columbia <br /> Street, Ridgefield, Airport Gardens, Pritchard Park and South <br /> Roberson Street. <br />
