Section 202 allows money <br /> to be borrowed and paid back in very small increments. <br /> 4. A representative of the OPC Foundation for Mental Health stated <br /> that the organization was created to promote and fund housing for <br /> the mentally ill. They have purchased 13 apartments behind Club <br /> Nova and one group home. The representative would like Chapel Hill <br /> to endorse a plan geared toward providing housing for the very low <br /> income and mentally ill or disabled. <br /> 5. A representative from Mandala, a non profit agency, stated that <br /> the goal of this agency is to build affordable rental housing for <br /> the very low income and elderly. Their efforts are geared to <br /> persons whose incomes range between $12, 000 and $30, 000 for two or <br /> more people. <br /> • <br />
