Drawing A-1 Animal Services,A-1 Solid Waste, and A-1 Rogers Road Community Center PLAN NOTE 2: <br /> change the first sentence to read as follows: "The paper towel dispensers, toilets paper dispensers, <br /> sanitary napkin dispensers, and toilet seat paper dispensers are to be furnished and installed by the <br /> General Contractor per Orange County specifications and approved prior to purchase and installation. <br /> General Notes: <br /> 1. The General Contractor shall provide a portable toilet with hand sanitizer for the duration of <br /> construction at the Orange County Animal Services building. This unit shall be for both <br /> construction and public use. <br /> 2. The General Contractor shall provide dust protection for all construction work throughout <br /> the duration of construction for all locations. This includes, but is not limited to fire <br /> protection devices, HVAC return and discharge grilles.The areas of work are to stay free and <br /> clear of dust and debris during all phases of construction and provide protection of all public <br /> members and Orange County staff during construction. <br /> 3. The General Contractor shall schedule all work that will be noisy or create odors. <br /> 4. Contractors shall include proper ventilation for all chemicals. All chemicals must be low VOC <br /> and approved by Owner prior to bringing on site. No chemicals will be allowed to be stored <br /> on site at any time. <br /> 5. All hot work (creating spark, flame or fire) requires a hot work permit from the Orange <br /> County Fire Marshal. All hot work will require no less than a (4) four-hour fire watch. <br /> Contractors must be approved to perform hot work through FM Global. <br /> Technical Specifications: <br /> 1. Animal Services:The Fire Alarm system is a Gamewell System by Honeywell. <br /> 2. Solid Waste:The ceiling tiles shall be Armstrong 770 (2x2)with matching grid. <br /> 3. Solid Waste: The floors shall be epoxy paint to match the color as close as possible to the existing <br /> flooring in existing restroom. Contractors shall allow for concrete curing time prior to installation per <br /> manufacturer's recommendations. <br /> 4. All other restrooms shall match existing restroom floors,following manufacturer's recommendations. <br /> page 2 of 3 <br />
