Relative experience; <br /> 2. Capabilities of individuals assigned to the project team; <br /> 3. Relative governmental experience; <br /> 4. Demonstrated ability to work with planning committees; <br /> 5. Relative expertise of subcontractors being proposed; <br /> 6. References from completed projects; <br /> It Is anticipated that the selection committee will complete their evaluation within two <br /> weeks of submission. Following the evaluation, a short list will be developed and invitations to <br /> interview extended to meson than five firms. Short-listed firms can expect approximately two <br /> weeks between notification and the interview date. The final recommendation of the selection <br /> committee will be available within one week of the Interview date. <br /> Orange County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept the proposal <br /> most favorable to the County. <br />
