Please note. the cost of our services is <br />directly related fo the project schedule and the number of visits made to the project for testing and <br />observation services. We have no control over the project schedule and a.re on site only when requested <br />by you or your desi;,nlated representative. The project will be invoiced on a time and materials basis for <br />actual work performed in accordance with the attached unit rate schedule. <br />Our office in Hillsborough is located approximately ?miles from the project site. This local presence <br />allows us timely response with on-site consultation and can result in substantial savings both in travel <br />time and mileage charges. Our close proximity also gives us the ability to quickly react to last minute <br />scheduling that occurs from time to time on construction projects. <br />Based on our experience with projects of similar scope, Summit estimates the cost for construction <br />materials testing and observation services to be S 12,000.00.
