Funds <br /> would be used to assist a local non-profit housing development corporation construct a <br /> 42 unit single family subdivision which will provide homeownership opportunities for first <br /> time homebuyers earning between 60 -'80 percent of area median income. <br /> This request for funding has the full support of the Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners and represents a continuing, longstanding commitment on behalf of the <br /> Board to secure funds:,to improve the living conditions of low and moderate income <br /> citizens. <br /> Should you have questions regarding this application, do not hesitate to contact <br /> Tara L.
