Until such a program is adopted and/or operational, <br /> consideration of final adoption of the Rural Buffer Conceptual <br /> Guidelines is not likely. <br /> A. Intergovernmental Work Group meeting to review <br /> strategies, discuss adopted wastewater disposal <br /> options, and reach concensus on issues <br /> B. Chapel Hill adoption <br /> [Carrboro adopted all options - October 1990] <br /> C. Planning Board recommendation <br /> D. Board of Commissioners adoption <br /> OBJECTIVE 2 <br /> Develop Conceptual Guidelines for the remainder of Orange County. <br /> PLAN OF ACTION <br /> The Plan of Action below reflects the schedule of events as they have <br /> occurred or are proposed.
