Presentation of issue papers and/or December, 1993 <br /> reports to joint planning board/governing [September, 1993] <br /> body work session, including <br /> decision/concensus by governing boards <br /> regarding strategy for completion of <br /> Cooperative Land Use Plan. <br /> If governing boards decide to proceed with preparation of <br /> Cooperative Land Use Plan for entire area rather a series of "small <br /> area plans" , the following schedule would apply: <br /> H. Small Area/TAC meetings to discuss January, 1994 <br /> structure of current plan, draft goals [October, 1993] <br /> and objectives, and format for proposed <br /> Plan <br /> I. Joint public hearing to present February, 1994 <br /> reommended goals & objectives [November, 1993] <br /> and Plan format <br /> J. Planning Boards recommendations March, 1994 <br /> [December, 1993] <br /> K. Decision by Governing Boards April, 1994 <br /> [January, 1994] <br /> L. Small Area/TAC meetings to present May, 1994 <br /> first draft of Plan [February, 1994] <br /> M. Prepare public hearing draft of Plan June-July, 1994 <br /> and implementing ordinances [March-April, 1994] <br /> N. Joint Public Hearing on Draft Plan August, 1994 <br /> [May, 1994] <br />
