2 <br /> The Planning Board considered the Preliminary Plan for <br /> Grassy Creek on September 20, 1993 . At that time, the <br /> Planning Board unanimously recommended approval with a <br /> Class A private road based on findings contained in <br /> Section IV-B-3-d-1 of the Subdivision Regulations and <br /> subject to the conditions contained in the Resolution of <br /> Approval. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the Preliminary <br /> Plan for Grassy Creek Subdivision with a Class A private <br /> road based on the findings contained in Section IV-B-3-d-1 <br /> of the Subdivision Regulations and subject to the <br /> conditions contained in the attached Resolution of <br /> Approval. <br />
