Hauth, Planning Director 'r <br /> Date: April 1, 1993 <br /> RE: Fox Hill Farm, Phase Two, Section A <br /> T have the following comments on the concept Nan referenced above: <br /> The proposed subdivision is located within the 'Down's Transportation Planning Area. <br /> The 1987 Hillsborough Thoroughfare Plan (adopted by the Town and NCDOT, but not Orange <br /> County) shows the main entrance road into the subdivision as part of Northside Drive, a major <br /> thoroughfare and part of the Town's proposed lopp system. <br /> The Plan describes: "Northside Drive is a propdsed two-lane facility with a four-lane divided <br /> ultimate section." <br /> The building of Northside Drive is listed as a gird priority in the Plan.
