Although some taxes and <br /> insurance costs are included in the base rent,since the owner is reimbursed for actual cost of these <br /> two items, we are generally billed at the end of the lease year for any overages. FYI, the 1993 tax <br /> and insurance obligation was an additional $2,458.24. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends approval of the lease renewal between Orange <br /> County and Carr Mill Limited Partnership, for 5,280 square feet at Carr Mill Mall, Carrboro, through <br /> June 30, 1996 at the lease rates cited above; and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the Board. <br />
