Regardless of the actual CPI, the County will pay rent in the <br /> amounts indicated under the column above titled, "TOTAL ANNUAL RENTAL AMOUNT". <br /> • Lease expiration is structured to coincide with the completion of the Southern Human Services <br /> Building. <br />
