We need to have professional animal control staff available to react to <br /> these calls as well as be a proactive force with enforcement. <br /> I would like to hear from any of you if you are unable to support the increased <br /> licensing fee and why. Please give me the courtesy of a response. <br /> Based upon my knowledge of the animal community at-large, most responsible pet <br /> owners, like myself, will support this increase. It is the irresponsible ones who will be your <br /> most vocal critics.
