(SR .1351) <br /> Dear Ms . Carter: <br /> Per your request , this letter is a follow up to your conversation <br /> with Mr. Michael Venable , Assistant District Engineer regarding the <br /> Traffic Impact Analysis by Kimley Horn. In the impact study, Kimley <br /> Horn suggested, a "separate right-and-left turn lanes exiting the <br /> development. . . " (p 13) . At this time , the capacity does not warrant <br /> this type of connection and NCDOT would disapprove this type of <br /> street connection.
