33 <br /> Final Plan Review: Governor ' s Grove Subdivision Located along <br /> Governor Scott Rd. (SR 1351 ) <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> 5. Per your request , attached you will find a copy of NCDOT <br /> standard turn lanes design with the recommended minimum design <br /> length for this project . (See Attachment I and II) <br /> At this time , NCDOT does not expect a need for any additional <br /> right of way to accommodate the require turn lane ; however NCDOT <br /> may need a maintenance and/or a construction easement in the <br /> area . When the construction plans for the improvements along <br /> Governor Scott Road are completed, NCDOT will be able to <br /> determine the limits of the expected easement. <br /> 6 . In lieu of the developer actual constructing and paving Governor <br /> Scott Road (SR 1351) with turn -lanes , NCDOT would recommended = <br /> that the developer make a deposit with Orange County into an <br /> escrow account an amount equal to the cost of the said <br /> improvements . Orange County would reimburse NCDOT at such time <br /> when the improvements are completed.
