(SR 1351) <br /> Dear Mr. Kirk: <br /> This office has completed its review of the subject ' s proposed <br /> final plans for compliance with current Department of Transportation <br /> minimum subdivision construction standards . We wish to advise that <br /> the final plans received at this office are hereby approved. <br /> Pursuant to this approval, this office would respectful request you <br /> to make the owner/developer aware of the following requirements and <br /> comments before starting any construction. <br /> 1 . The owner shall adhere to all the items listed in my approval <br /> letters dated 25 May and 27 July 1993 . <br /> 2 . Prior to any construction of any new access or alteration of any <br /> existing access within the right of way, the developer/owner is <br /> required to secure a permit with this office. <br /> 3 . The owner/developer shall adhere to all the attached <br /> requirements and/or the noted marked on the submitted plans and <br /> attachments . <br /> 4 . As you review the attached approved plans , you will not find any <br /> plans for the turn lane required by your office on 25 January <br /> 1993 . At this time , the engineering company for the project , <br /> Landmark Surveying Inc . , has not designed and/or submitted the <br /> proposed turn lanes . NCDOT will review and approve the turn <br /> lane (s) as part of the required driveway permit . <br />
