The tract is 177 . 28 acres with 116 <br /> lots proposed. Lot sizes range from . 92 to 4 . 50 acres. <br /> The property is not zoned, however, it is designated as <br /> Agricultural Residential, Watersupply Watershed and Water <br /> Quality Critical Area on the Land Use Plan. It is also <br /> classified as WS-II by the State. State-mandated <br /> standards for the protection of classified watersheds must <br /> be implemented by January 1994 . When zoning or watershed <br /> standards are adopted, this area will be zoned as Water <br /> Quality Critical Area and require a two-acre minimum lot <br /> size. Out of the 116 proposed lots, only 14 will comply <br /> with the pending two-acre minimum lot size standards. The <br /> County is in the process of considering watershed <br /> standards which are scheduled for public hearing on August <br /> 23 , 1993 . <br /> Paved, public roads are proposed throughout the <br /> development. A 1992 traffic count on Governor Scott Road <br /> indicated 140 trips per day. With 116 lots proposed, <br />
