this Ordinance for any person to (1) withhold, deny, or attempt to <br /> withhold or deny, or deprive or attempt to deprive, any person of <br /> any right or privilege secured by subsection (a) of this section, <br /> or (2 ) intimidate, threaten, or coerce, or attempt to intimidate, <br /> threaten, or coerce any person with the purpose of interfering with <br /> any right or privilege secured by subsection (a) of this Section, <br /> or (3 ) punish or attempt to punish any person for exercising or <br /> attempting to exercise any right or privilege secured by subsection <br /> (a) of this Section . <br /> Sec . 6 . 3 Exemptions <br /> (a) The provisions of this Ordinance shall not apply to a <br /> private club or other establdshment not in fact open to the public . <br /> ARTICLE VII Other Prohibited Discriminatory Acts <br /> 1 . It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally or <br /> knowingly: <br /> a . Utter, speak, or otherwise communicate in a threatening <br /> manner words that incite imminent lawless action or which by their <br /> very utterance tend to incite an immediate breach of the peace <br /> where such words are directed, at an individual or a group of <br /> individuals because of that person' s or that group ' s perceived or <br /> actual race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, <br /> disability, marital status, or veteran status ; <br /> b. Solicit , encourage, compensate, assist , or conspire with <br /> another to utter, speak, or otherwise communicate in a threatening <br /> 37 <br />
