(10 ) any nursery, elementary, secondary, undergraduate, or <br /> postgraduate private school , or other place of education; <br /> (11) any day care center, senior citizen center, homeless <br /> shelter, food bank, adoption agency, or other social service center <br /> establishment; <br /> (12 ) any gymnasium, health spa, bowling alley, golf course, <br /> or other place of exercise or recreation. <br /> (13 ) any establishment offering the viewing, sale, use, <br /> lease, or hire of printed matter, audiotapes, videotapes, <br /> phonograph records, compact discs, videotape or film loops, or <br /> other such establishment ; <br /> (14) any area or structure provided for the purpose of <br /> storing personal property; and <br /> (15 ) any other establishment which is (a) (i ) physically <br /> located within the premises of any establishment otherwise covered <br /> by this section, or (ii) within the premises of which is physically <br /> located any such covered establishment, and (b) which holds itself <br /> out as serving patrons of such establishment . <br /> Sec . 6 . 2 Prohibited Practices <br /> (a) All persons shall be entitled to the full and equal <br /> enjoyment of the goods , services , facilities, privileges, <br /> advantages , and accommodations of any place of public <br /> accommodation, as defined in this section, without discrimination <br /> or segregation on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national <br /> origin, age, disability, marital status, or veteran status . <br /> (b) It shall be an unlawful discriminatory practice under <br /> 36 <br />
