(f) Nothing in this Ordinance shall be construed to require <br /> an individual with a disability to accept an accommodation, aid, <br /> service, opportunity, or benefit which such individual chooses not <br /> to accept ; <br /> (g) Nothing contained in this Ordinance shall apply to any <br /> business or enterprise on or near an Indian reservation with <br /> respect to any publicly announced employment practice of such <br /> business or enterprise under which preferential treatment is given <br /> to any individual because he or she is an Indian living on or near <br /> a reservation . <br /> (h) Nothing contained in this Ordinance. shall apply to a <br /> religious corporation, association, educational institution, or <br /> society with respect to the employment of individuals of . a <br /> particular religion to perform work connected with the carrying on <br /> by such corporation, association, educational institution, or <br /> society of its activities . <br /> (i) Nothing contained in this Ordinance shall be interpreted <br /> to require any covered entity to grant preferential treatment to <br /> any individual or to any group because of the race, color, <br /> religion, sex, national origin, age, or marital status of such <br /> individual or group on account of an imbalance which may exist with <br /> respect to the total number or percentage of persons of any race, <br /> color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or marital status <br /> referred or classified for employment by any employment agency or <br /> labor organization, admitted to membership or classified by any <br /> labor organization, or admitted to, or employed in, any <br /> 21 <br />
