The date of expiration of the Notice has been extended from September 4 , 1993 to September 8 , 1993 . The Notice of Extension applies only to the Notice of Violation mentioned and does not apply to any other Notices Of Violation issued or penalties imposed by authority of the Orange County Animal Control Ordinance. This Notice of Extension shall remain in effect until September 8 , 1993 and shall be contingent on the following: The bear is kept confined and under the owner ' s control at all times and remains on the property listed above, The owner remains liable for any and all actions of the animal , The owner maintains the animal in compliance to the Standards for Animal Care provided by the Orange County Animal Control ordinance, The owner allows Animal Control officers to inspect the animals quarters to ensure compliance to the Ordinance and this Notice.
