Reimer, personally visited Odell Coley and his <br /> fiancee, Tony Anderson, on August 31, 1993. He reviewed with them the <br /> provisions of the ordinance, previously issued notices of violating both the <br /> Animal Control and Wild Animal ordnances, and inspected the facilities. In spite <br /> of respecting Mr. Coley's clear intent to be a responsible pet owner, the Health <br /> Director finds no grounds to recommend that a exemption to the ordinance be <br /> granted to Mr. Coley. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Health Director recommends that an exemption to the <br /> ordinance not be granted to Mr. Coley and that Mr. Coley <br /> be directed to remove the animal from Orange County by <br /> September 14, 1993. <br />
