This workshop deals <br /> with irrational thinking that results in difficult behavior in your co- <br /> workers, your customers, other professionals with whom you must <br /> work, and yourself. The instructor will be Cornelia Moore. <br /> Managerial/Supervisory Courses <br /> The Introduction To Supervision Series is designed for new supervisors or supervisors who have not <br /> previously participated in supervisory/management training, and who are directly responsible for the day- <br /> to-day operations of a work group. <br /> The five-course, 27-hour series is designed to be taken in its entirety and in the order listed. While <br /> courses will be offered at intervals throughout the semester, each course builds on previous courses, and <br /> later course in the series assume concepts taught in earlier courses.
