In <br /> 1:00 pm-5:00 pm addition to the basic components of computer operations, topics will <br /> include document preparation, database operations, printing, label <br /> Gov't. Services Ctr. Annex making, directory and subdirectory preparation, saving of <br /> Conference Rm. documents, recalling,editing, and manipulation of data. Class <br /> size limited to 7. <br /> Health, Safety, and Wellness Courses <br /> 9/15/93 Maintaining A Healthy Back At Work And At Home: This <br /> 3:00-4:30 pm course is designed to help participants identify potential risk factors <br /> associated with back injury and to develop preventative strategies. <br /> Recreation &Parks Topics will include: <br /> Activity Area II • Postures, positions, and activities that may overstress your <br /> back. <br /> • Strategies for optimizing your work environment to aid in the <br /> prevention of back injury. <br /> • Exercises to use at work and at home to relieve stress and <br /> promote a healthy back. <br /> Since a portion of the class will be devoted to back exercises, <br /> participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, loose-fitting <br /> clothing.
