The class <br /> are suitable for on-site •C• soils can pose building site constraints because of <br /> sewage disposal localized slope problems, but these areas are not located at <br /> systems.) the immediate intersection. A small area of Chewacla soils <br /> along the branch to the southwest pose severe constraints, but <br /> this area is within the 100-year floodplain and would not be <br /> developed anyway. It is anticipated that the poorer soils could <br /> be avoided through environmentally-sensitive site design. <br /> PUBLIC SERVICE/UTILITIES COMPLIES: The underlying zoning of Agricultural-Residential <br /> (Located in areas whicn would apply to all areas not zoned LC-1 or NC-2.
