Wesley Parham, Senior Transportation Enginee <br /> Enclosed is your agency' s fully executed "Durham-Chapel Hill- <br /> Carrboro Metropolitan Planning Organization Memorandum of <br /> Understanding" . This agreement supersedes the previous 1983 <br /> agreement and expands the membership of the Transportation Advisory <br /> - - Committee (TAC) to include a voting representative from Chatham <br /> --- County and the Town of Hillsborough. This agreement is effective <br /> January 28, 1994. <br /> Your local board, or board chair is responsible for appointing a <br /> TAC representative(s) and alternate(s) . Your agency' s chief <br /> executive officer is required to designate appropriate staff <br /> representative(s) and alternate(s) to the Technical Coordinating <br /> Committee (TCC) . You are encouraged to appoint an alternate for <br /> each voting TAC and TCC member. Please consider making TCC <br /> appointments by position title rather than employee name.
