Horner, <br /> Assistant Register of Deeds, for her 35 years of <br /> service to Orange County upon her retirement. <br /> BACKGROUND: Ms. Horner is retiring from Orange County effective <br /> October 1, 1993. She has served Orange County <br /> for over 35 years and has been appointed as Assistant <br /> Register of Deeds since 1964 . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends the Board approve the <br /> resolution of appreciation for Ms. Horner' s service. <br />
