We have located the road to minimize the <br /> amount of vegetatioon to be removed and have provided an approximate <br /> 150' land buffer between Miller Road and the first lots within the <br /> subdivision. We have designed the subdivision to have an average lot <br /> size of 2. 35 acres with the larger lots and the greatest amount of <br /> road frontage being located at the front of the subdivision to <br /> minimize dust. In addition, because of soil conditions, we have made <br /> 3 lots just barely below double the required size so as to insure <br /> adequate septic system area for all the lots.
