2 <br /> At its regular meeting of July 19 , 1993 , the Planning <br /> Board considered the Preliminary Plan and added a third <br /> condition: <br /> 3 . That a joint driveway for lots 5 and 6 be constructed <br /> with the improvements on the property to cross the <br /> drainage easement. <br /> The Planning Board recommended approval of the Preliminary <br /> Plan for Falconridge subject to the three conditions <br /> listed above and those contained in the attached <br /> Resolution of Approval. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the Preliminary <br /> Plan for Falconridge subject to the conditions contained <br /> in the attached Resolution of Approval. <br />
