Such agreements would be legal documents and would <br />need to be held by a legal entity such as the county or some other formal <br />organization. <br />5. Investigate the feasibility of adding an Orange Public Transit from the southern <br />section of Smith Level to Rock Haven (connecting with Chapel Hill Transit) and <br />to the UNC park and ride lot on 15 -501. <br />6.
