The <br /> contracts are exact duplicates of the existing contracts between UNC Hospitals and <br /> Orange County Emergency Management. Per our earlier conversation regarding both the <br /> paramedic and ground ambulance contracts I appreciate your willingness to extend this to <br /> the above period. <br /> The paramedics and drivers will become hospital employees by the end of October. Upon <br /> termination we will need to execute another contract for maintenance services for our <br /> three ambulances; which, will include providing 911 and backup service to the hospital <br /> and ambulatory care center. <br /> We appreciate your help in providing this important service and look to continued strong <br /> collaborative efforts to maximize patient satisfaction.
