As of this date no <br /> comments have been received. <br /> c. Local Government Review: <br /> Staff transmitted the proposed <br /> amendment(s) to the Towns of Chapel <br /> Hill, Carrboro, Mebane, and <br /> Hillsborough for courtesy review on <br /> November 23, 2016. <br /> As of this date we have not received <br /> any comments. <br /> d. Notice Requirements <br /> Legal advertisement for the public hearing shall be in accordance with the <br /> provisions of the UDO. <br /> e. Outreach: <br /> 17 General Public: Outreach meetings with Mobile Home Park owners were <br /> conducted on November 29th and 30th of 2016. <br /> n Small Area Plan Workgroup: <br /> ❑ Other: <br /> 3. FISCAL IMPACT <br /> Consideration and approval will not create the need for additional funding for the <br /> provision of County services. Costs for the required legal advertisement will be paid <br /> from FY2016-17 Departmental funds budgeted for this purpose. Existing Planning <br /> staff included in the Departmental staffing budget will accomplish the work required <br /> to process this amendment. <br /> D. AMENDMENT IMPLICATIONS <br /> The amendment(s) will provide an opportunity for the location/use of temporary housing <br /> and address existing non-conforming situations. This process could also provide a <br /> mechanism allowing for the location of certain types of tiny homes within the County. <br /> E. SPECIFIC AMENDMENT LANGUAGE <br /> 6 <br />
