(b) Grounds, buildings and storage areas shall be maintained to prevent the growth of ragweed, poison ivy, poison oak and other noxious weeds. {4-0}(9) Mail Facilities (a) Within each HP-CZ district shall provide a clustered mail delivery system, in compliance with the appropriate postal service guidelines. Applicants for approval of a mobile home park shall consult the appropriate agency for the specific requirements of this system. (b) Access to the mail delivery facility must be designed to allow three to four cars to stop at the mail delivery facility without conflict from passing vehicles. {1)(10)Garbage & Refuse Collection (a) All garbage and refuse for individual mobile homes in each park shall be stored in suitable waterproof and rodent proof receptacles which shall be kept covered with tightly fitting lids.
