Article 5: Usk <br /> Section 5.5: Standards for Residential Uses <br /> (a)(b) and &Street signs shall be located and constructed to Orange County <br /> standards- All street signs muctand shall be installed outside the right- <br /> of-way at all intersections. <br /> (b)(c) Each applicant must shall submit to the Planning Department and Land <br /> Records for approval a molai-l-e-h-ome-space and/or stall <br /> e: •_ e-- _ _••addressing system <br /> •= -- _ •-••e_ -.. _••e e -e e consistent <br /> with the Orange County Addressing Ordinance. Upon approval of the <br /> mob e-home park, the applicant shall submit an approved copy of <br /> the space numbering/location systemaddressinq plan to the emergency <br /> services/fire protection agency responsible for providing such services to <br /> (c)(d) Each molai-l-e-home space shall have a permanent site numberaddress <br /> sign consistent with the followinq:erected in accordance with the Orange <br /> County Addressing Ordinance.' <br /> (i) The site number sign shall be composed of rofloctivo matorials. <br /> or contrasting colors, <br /> (ii) The�number on the sign shall be at least six inches or greater in <br /> (iii) The sign shall be affixed to the mobile home whcn the unit it-, <br /> (iv) The number on the sign shall match that numbor assignod to tho <br /> space on the approved space numbering/location system plan. <br /> {9)(8) Grounds and Buildings <br /> (a) The grounds shall be maintained free of litter, <br /> debris and trash, including but not limited to abandoned appliances, <br /> automobiles, building materials or similar materials. <br /> (b) Grounds, buildings and storage areas shall <br /> be maintained to prevent the growth of ragweed, poison ivy, poison oak <br /> and other noxious weeds. <br /> {4-0}(9) Mail Facilities <br /> (a) Within each HP-CZ district shall provide a clustered <br /> mail delivery system, in compliance with the appropriate postal service <br /> guidelines. Applicants for approval of a mobile home park shall consult <br /> the appropriate agency for the specific requirements of this system. <br /> (b) Access to the mail delivery facility must be designed to allow three to <br /> four cars to stop at the mail delivery facility without conflict from passing <br /> vehicles. <br /> {1)(10)Garbage & Refuse Collection <br /> (a) All garbage and refuse for individual mobile homes in each park shall be <br /> stored in suitable waterproof and rodent proof receptacles which shall be <br /> kept covered with tightly fitting lids. <br /> (b) A central collection system must shall be provided within the park either <br /> through a private collection system e '-_ . ___ --cc. - -e--- for <br /> individual spaces or through the use of bulk containers (dumpsters). <br /> 15 Language simplified and grammatically corrected consistent with the County's Attorney office suggestions in <br /> order to ensure legal sufficiency. <br /> Orange County, North Carolina—Unified Development Ordinance Page 5-44 <br />
